Points awarded for exercise during the 12-week Healthy Team period: + 10 for 30 minutes (minimum) 36 times or more + 8 for 30 minutes (minimum) 30-35 times + 5 for 30 minutes (minimum) 24-29 times - 10 Deducted from participants who do not submit exercise diaries - 10 Deducted from participants who do not submit food diaries. Points awarded for attendance at Healthy Meals hosted at Griffin Hospitals: (All participants must pre-register.) + 10 for attending all three Healthy Meals + 7 for attending two Healthy Meals + 4 for attending one Healthy Meal - 5 deducted from participants who do not attend. Points awarded for Healthy Behaviors: + 10 to smokers who quit and remain smoke free from pre to post-test + 10 to participants who regularly drink alcoholic beverages, who refrain from drinking from pre- to post-test + 5 to non-smokers who remain smoke-free from pre to post-test + 5 to non-drinkers who remain drink free from pre to post-test + 5 to participants who attend a free Stress Reduction class at Griffin Hospital, held every Wednesday during the 12-week Healthy Team period at 6:15 PM. - 10 deducted from participants who consume alcohol between pre- and post-testing. (Minimal wine consumption allowed.) - 10 deducted from participants who smoke between pre- and post-test. - 10 deducted for not submitting Alcohol / Smoking form. Points awarded for Health Screening: + 5 for pre-test scores the same or better than 2003 post-test scores (All aspects of the tests are considered) + 2 for submitting a brochure indicating that a breast self-exam (females) or testicular self-exam (males) was performed. Miscellaneous Points Awarded + 4 for submitting a copy of a current, valid CPR or BLS card + 4 for submitting a copy of a current First Aid Certification + 1 to teams consisting of one male and one female + 1 for submitting a copy of a library card at the Griffin Hospital Community Health Resource Center + 2 for each service or video/material checked out of library (maximum of three).
