Wizards and helpers at
PBCC! |
 |
Pitney Bowes Credit Corp annual employee campaign is so big
that it takes co-wizards to pull it off! Matt Kissner and Murray Martin
fulfilled the role during employee rallies in Shelton that featured a
parody of the "Wizard of Ox" complete with their own yellow brick
road. |
| Unlike the movie, the PBCC version didn't
feature any evil witches. Instead, Denise "Glinda"
Rawles served as the MC for a heartwarming story of a company that
is devoted to the communities where they are located. |
 |
|
There was something for
everyone during the course of the rally. |
Brett "Tinman" Thompson got a heart. |

Rich "Cowardly Lion" Palladino got
courage |
Arlene "Scarecrow" Bradley received wisdom |
 |
For employees, there were raffles with
plenty of great prizes as Dorothy and the Tinman picked winners with
the assistance of "munchkin" Jacob Boker. Nicole Hardison
pictured at the top of the page also served as a
"munchkin". |
 |
And finally there were thanks for campaign
co-chairs Kari Schirmer and Brett Thompson from PBCC President Matt
Kissner who also thanked all the other members of the committee for
a memorable event and the employees of PBCC for their creativity and
generosity. |
During the course of their skit, the cast highlighted all of the good
work being done by Pitney Bowes employees and told how their donations help
build
better communities. They also described the charities supported in the
campaign including Valley United Way.
As always, our hats are off to
Pitney Bowes Credit Corp for being a Pacesetter in many ways! (Click
