Joseph Andreana is the Executive Director of the CT Alliance of Boys &
Girls Clubs Inc. and an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University’s
School of Business. In addition to being the President and CEO for the
Oxford Economic Development Corporation, Joe has been affiliated with
numerous community organizations and foundations.

John DeGray:
John DeGray is the president of The Kerite Company and has spent 21
years with the company. He received his Bachelors of Science from
Bryant University before completing a Masters at Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute.

Joe LoPresti:
Joseph LoPresti is the Senior Agency Sales Director at Barnum Financial
Group and leads a team of over 100 representatives. In 2004, 2005,
2006, and 2007 Joe has been recognized as the number one Sales Director
in the country.

Mike Marcinek:
Michael Marcinek is Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner for
Fletcher Thompson and Chair of the Board of Directors for Valley United
Way. He is treasurer of the Dan Orlovsky Foundation, an active board
member for the Valley Chamber of Commerce, Parent Child Resource Center,
Shelton Economic Development Corp., and Chairman of the Junior
Achievement of Western Connecticut Valley Chapter.

Bill Miller: Bill Miller is the Owner of
Miller Investment of Oxford, specializing in financial and investment
planning for both individuals and small businesses alike. Bill is also
a Board member of the Boys and Girls Club and the Derby Historical
Society, in addition to the Valley United Way Finance Committee.

Bill Nimons:
William Nimons is the Senior Vice President of Naugatuck Savings &
Loan. He has also served the Birmingham Group Health Services’ Board of
Directors, the Boys & Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley, and the
Derby/Shelton Rotary Club. William is also a corporator of Griffin
Hospital, the Housatonic Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the
American Red Cross.

Fred Ortoli:
Fred is the
owner of Fred Ortoli Photography. In addition to being an active member
of the Ansonia Rotary Club and both the Oxford Economic Development
Corporation and the Oxford Economic Development Commission, Fred serves
as a director for the Valley United Way, Greater Valley Chamber of
Commerce and the Birmingham Group Health Services Boards. He is also
active with the Knights of Columbus and St. Augustine Church.

Joe Pagliaro: Joseph Pagliaro Jr. joined
United Way board of directors in 2004 and worked on the campaign for the
past four years. He is a member of the Valley Community Foundation
Board and the Boys and Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley.

Melissa Pucci:
Melissa Pucci is the Assistant Director of Admission and Recruiting at
Yale Divinity School. She serves as the secretary of the Board of
Directors, co-advises the Youth Leadership Program, and serves as chair
of the Volunteer Action Center’s advisory committee.

William Purcell:
William Purcell is the President of the Valley Chamber of Commerce. He
has also been involved in many community services and programs including
Special Olympics of Connecticut, Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls
Club, and The Workplace Inc.

Jim Ryan: Jim Ryan is President of the
Shelton Economic Development Corporation. He has served as a Trustee at
the Hewitt Organization, a member of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, as
well as volunteering his time to Valley United Way. Jim has previously
received the Gold Seal Award from the Valley Chamber of Commerce, the
Good Scout Award by the Boy Scouts Housatonic Council and the Service
Youth Award from the Parent Child Resource Center.

Janice Sheehy:
Janice Sheehy is Vice President, Business and Professional Banking at
Webster Bank. She is currently a member of the Board with the
Birmingham Group Health Services, The Birmingham Foundation, The Hewitt
foundation, Ansonia Economic Dev. Corp, and Shelton Economic Dev. Corp.

Valerie Smith: Valerie Smith is the
Assistant General Manager at Homewood Suites of Stratford. She serves
on the Board of Directors for Valley Junior Achievement, is a member of
the Valley Chamber of Commerce and a 3-year Team Captain for Homewood
Suites Birmingham Bowl Benefit.

Diane Stroman: Diane Stroman is Vice
President of Development at TEAM Inc. and is actively involved with many
organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley,
Derby/Shelton Rotary Club, and Valley NAACP. She is also Vice
Chairperson for the Julian A. Taylor Scholarship Committee and a
corporator for Birmingham Group Health Services.

Charles Sullivan: Charles Sullivan is a
co-owner of John J. Sullivan’s in Ansonia. He has actively volunteered
with TEAM which sponsored the “Men Who Cook” Fundraiser. In addition to
volunteering his time at Valley United Way, Charles is the Director of
the Recreation Camp in Derby and also serves on the Board of Directors
of the Lower Naugatuck Valley Boys & Girls Club.

Dominick
Thomas is an attorney and owner of Cohen and Thomas Law Firm. He has served
the Boys and Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley for over 28 years and the
Birmingham Group Health Services for over 25 years. Dominick has also been
affiliated with numerous volunteer activities throughout the Valley.
He is heading
the Professional Division in this year's campaign.

Ron Villani:
Ron Villani is currently Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor of
Management at the University of New Haven. He has served Valley United
Way as a Board member, Vice Chair, and Chairman over the past nine
years.

Robin Willink: Robin is the Superintendent
of the Shelton School System, the largest in the Valley. She is chairing
the Education Division of the campaign. The Shelton School System
annually conducts one of the most effective campaigns in the Valley as
they do it in one shot as part of their opening day program for staff.
