Hoops Highlights

Calvin Teel became the only player in Corporate Cup History to stage a clean sweep of all the Hoops Awards as he won the Three Point shooting and the Foul Shooting Championship. Though winning the Foul Shooting was nothing new for him - he's won it four times previously, this was his first Three Point Title and he did it by making 11 of 15 shots in a playoff with Jeff Barnard of Wal*Mart after they both made 10 of 15 in the first round. Teel also won the Foul Shooting Crown in a playoff as he made 23 of 25 foul shots in the first round and 21 of 25 in a second round tie breaker with Chuck James of Wal*Mart who also made 23 of 25 in the first round. Teel has also played on United Illuminating teams that won the Corporate Cup Hoops title in previous years.
