Students share the holiday spirit

The students rolled up their sleeves for the Letter Carriers Food Drive on May 9.

Twenty-four students from seven area high schools are participating in the 2009 Youth Leadership program. Pat Tarasovic, Director of the Volunteer Center and the Youth Leadership Program said, "We have an outstanding group of students interested in becoming leaders in the community in the program this year, and we are looking forward to another outstanding year".

As their first activity, the students spent the weekend of April 24 -26 at Camp Jewell in Colebrook for their annual team building retreat.
